I've wanted to make a Neon Sign Brooch for eons and finally settled on the most perfect design, the good old Neon Psychic store. If I saw one of these flashing late at night on a store front I would totally venture inside to get a bit of insight.

This brooch does not flash, simply using layered black acrylic and neon green & pink acrylic gives it the effect of neon. Would be cool if it did light up though!
