Can I pay by credit card?
Yes you can pay with your credit card through the PayPal service & Shopify Payments.
Shipping
DOMESTIC - AUSTRALIA
All brooches are sent within Australia with tracked shipping.
Your package can take between 2-10 business days to arrive.
We endeavour to send all orders out within 5 business days.
Martinis & Slippers takes no responsibility for orders once they are posted.
Martinis & Slippers is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL
You package can take between 3 - 15 business days to arrive.
All orders shipped internationally are shipped with tracking.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, Martinis and Slippers will provide you with a tracking number. This facility is not available in all countries.
The shipping prices quoted do not include any VAT / taxes or import duties that are relevant to your country. These additional costs will be added to your package upon arrival to your country. Martinis & Slippers does not collect EU VAT at checkout and the EU VAT will need to be paid on collection at your EU location.
UK Shipping - We ship to the UK, however you need to head over to our Etsy store. https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/MartinisandSlippers
Not all brooches & earrings are available from Etsy, so if you can't find what you are after please email: contact@martinisandslippers.com listing what you are after and it can be uploaded to Etsy.
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates in their own country. Please contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.
After confirmation of shipment has been sent, Martinis and Slippers is no longer responsible for your shipped goods.

Returns
If your item is faulty please contact Martinis & Slippers via email, we will be happy to replace or exchange your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot refund a change of mind purchase. Any refunds issued will be issued minus the cost of postage.

How do I take care of my brooch
Our brooches don’t like to be put through the wash. In fact, keep them away from water (and don’t feed them after midnight).
The surface of our brooches vary and can consist of acrylic, bamboo & hand cast resin & polymer clay.
Some of the bamboo pieces are unsealed and therefore won't survive a trip through though the washing machine.
The acrylic pieces can over time get scratches on the surface. If stored correctly, this will not be a problem. Keep them out of direct sunlight.
Custom Designs
At this stage Martinis & Slippers does not offer custom designs.
