Tomte Snow Globe Brooch
Last year I created two Summer themed snow globes to reflect the type of Christmas we experience here in Australia. This year I had to make a snow globe in honour of the Tomte. I have a few of them around my house and they stay there all year and then come Christmas I add to my collection and have multiple versions of Tomte all over my Christmas Tree.
The Tomte come from Nordic folklore and are seen as a type of guardian spirit that protects the homestead.
Size: 5.5cm x 5.3cm
Material: Layered coloured acrylic & glitter with a brooch finding on the rear.
